Purchases
Purchases are completed directly with the third-party marketplace, seller or retailer. SMBAI does not process marketplace orders unless explicitly stated. SMBAI is not responsible for product availability, pricing changes, shipping, returns, warranties, seller conduct or external marketplace policies.

SMBAI works to provide useful and timely product discovery information, but we do not guarantee that prices, availability, images, seller details, shipping information or product descriptions are always complete, current or error-free.
User Responsibilities
Users agree not to misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with service operation, abuse APIs, scrape protected systems, upload malicious content or use SMBAI for unlawful activity.
Intellectual Property
SMBAI branding, software, design, platform features, ranking systems and technology are owned by SmartBuy AI Marketplace unless otherwise stated. Third-party trademarks belong to their respective owners.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SMBAI shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from use of the platform or reliance on third-party marketplace information.
